Deadline announces the end of HBO’s Gentleman Jack. It’s all about the low rating of the historical picture.

The series was about an aristocrat and the first openly lesbian Anne Lister, played by Suranna Jones. For her inappropriate manners, the girl received the nickname “Gentleman Jack.”

The cast of the series includes: Joe Armstrong, Amelia Ballmore, Jessica Baglow and others. Filming of the project began about five years ago and was extended for two seasons: the first was released in April 2019, the second – in April of this. But, as stated in the division of Warner Media, viewers should not wait for the third season.

“We knew that series creator Sally Wainwright had a unique and compelling vision, and we were thrilled to see how Anne Lister’s journey resonated with viewers,” HBO said.
